Why Madison Hotel may not be the best place for your wedding

The conservatory is typically booked for more than one event per day, meaning posed portraits gives you a a low probability – especially on popular weekend dates for events.
Although the conservatory is offered for both ceremony and receptions, if you like loud music and dancing, I would not have a reception in the ballroom due to the noise ordinance.
If you have more than 100 guests or 10 tables, the Madison Hotel conservatory can feel crowded and it’s more difficult for vendors and venue staff and guests to move around.
While it may not be explicitly stated in the contract, based on my experience, every couple I’ve worked with who did not have a planner or coordinator felt significantly more stressed compared to couples who hired a planner or coordinator. Having someone dedicated to managing the timeline, vendors, and logistics makes a noticeable difference in how smoothly the day unfolds and in how much you’re able to actually enjoy it.
