Fall Wedding at Whitby Castle, Rye New York
I have photographed at Whitby Castle almost a dozen times. But this is the first wedding I have photographed in the fall season. This wedding had the most “emotional” weather conditions with rain, sunshine, clouds, hail, and snow! Say what?! We weren’t expecting it but we were able to capture the beautiful fall foliage and essence of the wedding day at Whitby Castle. Watch the Youtube video to see behind the scenes at Whitby Castle.

Eleana and Kevin got married at the Whitby Castle in Rye, NY during the fall season (Thanksgiving week). Some key highlights of their wedding day:
- Eleana got ready in the beautiful iconic bridal suite inside the Whitby Castle. Used the “board room” as the hair/makeup station and the bridal suite as the “photoshoot” location and kept in clutter-free. Learn how to prepare for getting ready photos
- E + K hired a fantastic wedding planning team who kept the photo timeline very organized, arranged people efficiently and handled wedding day hiccups with such grace
- The ceremony was indoors in the same room that flips into a reception
- Eleana did a first look with her father in front of the castle and his classic red car
- Kevin and Eleana did a first look before the ceremony in front of the castle which made the wedding day timeline flow so much better. See a video breakdown of the pros and cons of a first look before the ceremony
