Photos of a classic wedding theme in summer at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor New York by Suess Moments Photography.
I am a wedding photographer and I would like to share how amazing my experience was to work at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor.
First off, do NOTE that there are TWO VILLA BARONE’S… The other one is in Bronx, NY. Invitees will need to be aware –
The moment I drove onsite, I noticed there was valet to kindly greet me right away and direct me where I can unload and park my car for vendors. They had a police escort to safely get me across the street. Upon entering, there are two levels. They did have two weddings happening at once, but the staff coordinates with the couples so they don’t see each other very effectively. The wedding I worked was upstairs. The interior design is elegant, super clean, modern, and a perfect place to have a wedding. The food was absolutely fresh and tasty. There was a dedicated vendor table in the back corner and we could hide our bulky bags and watch when eventful things were happening to take photos. Outside the property, the Villa Barone Hilltop Manor has a waterfall that lights up at night. It’s a glamorous location to take photos during the day and at night. On the second level, there are beautiful chandeliers, a fire place, elevator, and mini staircase perfect for other photo ops with family and bridal portraits. If necessary, the bride and groom can chill in the roomy bridal suite near the reception space. The attendants, matre d staff are extremely professional, attentive, and kind. They were communicating with me throughout the evening about reception events so I wouldn’t miss anything important. Altogether. I would like to return and photograph another wedding here. It was my first experience. My couple was super happy, they were dancing the whole night and their guests were having a fabulous time! Oh! And there’s a lake front property about 5 minutes down the street from Villa Barone to take photos too!

Please note that people could mistake this venue for Villa Barone Manor in the Bronx, New York.
Hot & humid summer month of July. It was raining on and off on their wedding day, but we had perfectly timed when to take photos outside before the rain disrupted the photography sessions. Check out the history of weather reports for the month of July in New York.
The bridal prep started at a beautiful lakefront Airbnb property in Holmes, New York. It was about a 40-minute drive to the St. Josephs church ceremony in Somers, New York. The groom got ready at Hotel Zero Degrees in Danbury, CT, about a 25 minute drive to the ceremony. After the ceremony, we drove about 20 minutes to a photogenic lakefront property [164 East Lake Blvd Mahopac 10541] owned by Villa Barone Hilltop Manor, just a quick 5-minute drive to the Reception venue. Remember that Hilltop Manor will host more than one event, and you could be stuck waiting like we did, for another wedding group to take their photos at the exact scenic location.
