A couple of iconic locations that perfectly capture the essence of New York City for engagement photos are the grand front steps of the New York Public Library (NYPL) and the breathtaking interior of Grand Central Terminal. This enchanting photo shoot took place in late November, when a crisp chill filled the air, yet the streets sparkled with the enchanting magic of the Christmas season. To avoid the bustling crowds that typically flood the city during the holidays, we strategically scheduled the session for the early morning, when the city was just beginning to wake.
The couple, who had cherished their years living in NYC, were preparing for a significant transition to Delaware. As a result, these engagement photos held a deep emotional resonance for them. This is why we chose the iconic New York Public Library and the stunning Grand Central as the backdrop for their storytelling engagement shoot—locations that not only celebrate their love but also encapsulate their fond memories of the vibrant city they were about to leave behind.
