The vibe at Monteverde at Oldstone:
- Estate for bridal prep, groom prep, and cocktail hour in case it rains, guests can mingle indoors.
- The couple can stay overnight in one of the two suites upstairs. There is an elevator as well for handicapped guests.
- The ceremony can take place in the gorgeous backyard with Hudson river views and oversized trees
- The cocktail hour can take place outdoors or indoors
- The reception is tented and has plenty of space for a dance floor and stage for a band!

On this wedding day, I had a 2nd photographer and assistant to help support me with managing the photo schedule, gear, and capturing other perspectives. The timeline looked something like this (collaborated with the planner, Stacey of Rogan & Co events)
THE WEDDING TIMELINE
- 9:30AM Photo team arrival for self-guided tour of venue and prep (first time at this venue, so I like to be there extra early!)
- 12:15PM Detail photos of the dress, vibrant bouquet, robes, invites, rings, etc. (WATCH THE REEL WE CREATED)
- 1PM-2:30PM Bridal prep photos + creating an IG reel!
- 2:50PM First look in front of the estate
- 3PM-3:30PM Portraits of bride and groom around Monteverde at Oldstone property
- 3:30PM-4PM VIP Photos + wedding party + dog, Maddie
- 4:20-4:45PM Ketubah Signing
- 5PM-5:30PM Ceremony on the lawn with Hudson river views
- 5:30PM Cocktail hour outside patio
- 6:30PM-10:30PM Reception full of music and performances including the bride!
- Surprise groom performance signing to the bride
- Surprise bride performance and outfit change
- Plenty of guest performances on the stage with THE BAND METHOD who slayed the night and kept people dancing!
