I had no expectations when I arrived at the Hilton Pearl River in New Jersey for this wedding, as I had never been there or photographed a wedding at that venue before. However, I can confidently say that this venue is a hidden gem. The European-inspired architecture is incredibly photogenic, and the surrounding trees create a perfect backdrop for outdoor wedding ceremonies in late spring, summer, and fall.

 

Does Hilton Pearl River have an outdoor ceremony space?

Yes, basically the backyard. It’s vast and ideal for ceremonies 1-2 hours before sunset.

• It’s a hotel, so all your traveling guests can stay at your wedding venue without the worry of drinking and driving or arranging additional shuttle service costs

Where is the wedding reception and cocktail hour?

Indoors, the cocktail hour room is under a hand-painted sky, and Hilton Pearl River calls it the conservatory room. The reception ballroom is massive with chandeliers and a huge dance floor making it perfect for large weddings.
