Many reasons for having a wedding at Chelsea Square, The Refectory include but are not limited to the following:

You love harry potter and looking for a wedding venue with a similar aesthetic
You love history and want to get married inside a historical monument
You want to limit transportation for your traveling guests, so it’s nice that The High Line Hotel is next door to accommodate them and drive.

Wedding details

We started the day photographing the preparation at The High Line Hotel, followed by photos in Tribeca with the wedding party and portraits of the bride and groom at The Chelsea Square Refectory indoors and outdoors.

This NYC wedding took place during Springtime – a nice sunny day, and we had a private SUV to transport us drove down to Tribeca for the wedding party and bride and groom portraits. Commuting around Manhattan isn’t easy, especially on a nice sunny weekend. Traffic can be backed up – so if you plan to have an NYC wedding and need to transport to multiple locations, place extra buffer time in case of traffic causes delays to the wedding timeline. The wedding theme color was a pastel spring palette of peaches, blues, and pink tones. Those are wedding colors that work well together.
