Hello there! I'm Miranda Suess, a  friendly family photographer based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Family photos are a way to create narratives, a timeless legacy that your children and future generations will treasure. With my expertise and passion for storytelling through photography, I am dedicated to helping you capture these precious moments in a way that reflects your family's bond.

The experience: During each session, I arrive early and spend time getting to know your family, guiding poses, and capturing candid moments that showcase the genuine love you share with each other. After the session, expect to see a gallery of about 50 images to select from!

What kind of family photo shoots do you offer? I offer photo sessions for a variety of occasions including family photos, maternity sessions, baby, toddler and young children portraits, pet-ography, and family heirloom portraits with grandparents.

When is the best time to schedule our family photos? It's ideal to plan the session around your child(ren)'s nap schedule and about a half hour after mealtime. Outdoor sessions are best held when the sun is low, around 90 minutes before sunset.

What should we wear to our family photo shoot? Comfort is the priority, followed by style. It's important for everyone to try on their outfits beforehand. Neutral colors, mixed patterns, and varied styles tend to photograph well, especially if you plan to display the images as wall art.
