NYC Fall Engagement Photos in Central Park

Fall is one of the most sought seasons in NYC of the year and the perfect time for engagement photos in Central Park. Why? You can wear comfortable, cozy clothes, enjoy the cooler weather, and pops of vibrant oranges, reds, and gold leaves everywhere! Am I right?!

Where to take your engagement photos in Central Park

My favorite location to take couples for engagement photos in Central Park is near the Bethesda Terrace and Fountain area. We started in a grassy area with leaves without possibly being photobombed by people walking the park. It was a great spot to lay down a blanket for sitting poses with the couple’s dog. I love it when couples bring their fur baby – although it lasts about ten minutes, the couples love having photos with their little ones. I always encourage couples to bring a pal to take care of their pup after their part of the session is over too! That way, the photoshoot becomes less stressful trying to watch a pup! Don’t have a friend to help? Ask me! I can bring an assistant for a small fee.

• A rolling suitcase to lug around holding your wallet, phones, keys, second outfit, tide stick, and change of shoes

• If you have a pet, bring a companion to watch your pet after their photos are over.
