This gallery is designed to help you choose locations for your wedding day photos at the Madison Hotel in New Jersey. Please note that the Madison Hotel is a popular venue and may host other events on your wedding day. Just think about that stunning Conservatory space!
If you haven’t booked your wedding date yet and are considering the Madison Hotel, I recommend planning for a winter or weekday wedding. This can help avoid the chance of another event coinciding with yours, allowing us to use the Conservatory for most of your wedding portraits—it’s truly the best spot for dreamy photos!

When reserving a space for getting hair and makeup ready on your wedding day, definitely reserve one of the big conference rooms for this. Posed portraits with the bridal party and bride getting in the dress shots aren’t recommended to take place in here. Once glam ready, I will move the bridal party to the lobby entrance area for portraits either on the couch and walking through the hallway. It’s a vibe.
The Madison Hotel offers several presidential suites for couples, which serve as the perfect space for you and a select group of people—such as your mother and maid of honor—to help you get into your dress and prepare for the big day. It’s best to keep this group small, allowing you to later have a moment with the rest of your bridesmaids for group photos. Upon arrival, the suite should already have your dress hung up (steamed, untagged, and with padding removed) and ready for photographs.
I recommend another presidential suite or second conference room with a TV (main level where glam services take place). If possible, leave it intimate with a select few people helping them get dressed (father, bestman, mother, etc.)
