The Peekskill historic wedding venue, Abbey Inn and Spa, is renovated and ready for wedding photography and booking your wedding starting Spring 2020! The venue invited local New York wedding vendors to collaborate at their venue to promote not only the vendors services, but also the venue itself for potential wedding bookings. Together, the vendors got a fresh look of how a wedding would look at Abbey Inn and Spa’s brand new wedding venue and spa/hotel/restaurant! So excited to share them with you – see below!

Putting on the Dresses and Tux at Abbey Inn and Spa – Wedding Photography

Although we had 4 photographers and 4 stations, we only had two bridesmaids models, 1 real couple, 1 solo bride. The photographers all came together and photographed as one of the models and groom got into her wedding dress and tux for the photography session at Abbey Inn and Spa Hotel Suites.

The Details Photography – Jewelry, Stationary, Decor, and more

Afterall, there can’t be a styled wedding photoshoot without the details. The jewelry, florals, decor, design, and all make the style of this wedding photography session come to life at Abbey Inn and Spa.

The Spiral Staircase for Wedding Photography at The Abbey Inn and Spa

There’s no doubt that I got a little more creative than I normally would with the Abbey Inn and Spa spiral staircase feature. I love the idea of a couple having their first look here and shooting birds eye view. Because I got inspired by Pinterest boards, I was able to get very creative here for an epic moment at the spiral staircase!

Although there was some construction going on onsite I wasn’t able to venture to some spaces had just been freshly painted and I have to admit, I didn’t take the opportunity to photograph it unfinished. Bridesmaid Dresses by Bella Bridesmaids

Bridesmaids gowns were donated for the styled shoot. I love that one was emerald green and velvet with a beautiful open back design, and the other was very form fitting and satin for the more classic look.

One of the most important parts on a wedding day is capturing the couple as they are on the most dreamiest day of their lives. Not always do a couple get to be so dolled and dressed up and photographed, they also are sharing an incredible moment in their lives ( a union to forever) with all their favorite VIPs under one roof!
